Platinum Sponsorship - contributions over $1,000.00

We really want to impact the lives of the recipients of our awards and services.  Just one support group meeting and its related expenses (advertising, venue, speakers, refreshments, etc.) can cost up to $600.00, possibly more.  The cost of one epilepsy service dog is thousands of dollars.  Our Platinum sponsors enable 4Epilepsy to provide quality services to the children of our epileptic community.

Gold Sponsorship – contributions over $500.00 and up to $1,000.00

Even for families with good insurance and decent income, epilepsy and related problems can create a financial strain.  We help out by providing one-time cash reimbursements up to $500 for medical costs, therapy, tutoring, etc.  We also send campers to Epilepsy Foundation-sponsored summer camp by providing camp scholarships.  This week-long adventure gives children a safe place to spread their wings and meet others facing the same daily dilemmas.

Silver Sponsorship – contributions over $250.00 and up to $500.00

Your contributions enable us to provide excellent services, and more of them to families living with epilepsy.  An average tutor can cost $25 to $50 per hour.  The cost of participating in community sports activities may hinder many of these children from participating.

Bronze Sponsorship – contributions up to $250.00

If you think a small contribution has no real value, please think again.  We are providing medical alert bracelets to children at the cost of approximately $12 each.  We also have monthly expenses for our insurance and maintaining our website www.4epilepsy.org.  For $50, we can offset the cost of gas for additional trips to specialists and hospitals for families. Funding is needed to provide financial assistance for the purchase of specialty furniture and equipment.
